Building Programs and Libraries

Visual Fortran includes the Microsoft visual development environment (also used by the same version of Visual C++®) and associated Visual Studio software development tools. This industry-leading environment makes it easy for you to create, debug, and execute your programs. It includes a full-feature text editor, debugger, and interactive help. You can build your source code into several types of programs and libraries, either using the visual development environment or working from the command line.
