Sample Advanced\Win32\Takeown

    The takeown sample demonstrates how to give an Administrator access
to a file that has been denied to all.  It must be run from an Administrator 
account.  

    The program usage is:  takeown filename

    To set this in Developer Studio, use the dialog box at 
Project-Settings-Debug, and enter "takeown.txt" in the field labeled 
"Program arguments".
